• Defence/Government/Police: Chiefs of Defence and special forces including the development of a decision-making protocol based in ethics used in extreme circumstances. Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG). Victoria and NSW police forces. Corrections Victoria. Prime Minister and Cabinet (PMC). Premier and Cabinet (DPC) Victoria. CSIRO.  

• Energy: Tilt Renewables, Ergon Energy, Energex and Energy Australia. 

• Emergency Management/Environment/Energy: Worked with leadership team of Victorian Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) including with the then leadership team of DELWP. Worked with Forest Fire Management and the Department of Justice at the time of the Royal Commission into Black Saturday. Worked with leadership of Emergency Management Victoria since the time of its inception.  

• Sport: National sporting teams including the men’s rugby team (the Wallabies) from 2004-14 and men’s cricket team 2003 to 2014. Working with board of World Rugby.  Worked with boards of AFL clubs including Richmond, Melbourne and Western Bulldogs. 

• Community sector: Anglicare, Jesuit Social Services, MacKillop Family Services, the Smith Family, Ross Family Trust,, Australian Red Cross, Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Salvation Army.  

• Health: Medibank, Bupa Health Insurance, TAL insurance, St Vincent’s Australia (SVHM) and Mercy Health. Worked with Retire Australia and Regis Aged Care. Australian Unity. Worked with boards and leadership teams in health in Victoria including at the Austin, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Worked with leadership team of Victorian and Federal Department of Health. 

• Universities: University of Melbourne, La Trobe, RMIT and Victoria Universities.  

• Work around ethics and integrity   • Adviser since 2009 to various State and Federal Royal Commissions and IBAC - Victorian Independent Broad based Anti-Corruption Commission. Led with former Police Commissioner Neil Comrie review of police ‘Preliminary Breath Test Falsification’ 2018.   Led review of cricket in Australia [‘ball tampering’] in 2018.
