Making ethical choices as organisations dn and committees about clients, and whether certain courses of action are the right thing to do requires skill and rigour. Collins leadership has worked with ASX companies, professional service firms and 'for purpose' organisations to set up decision-making bodies that can have the capability and commitment to make such decisions effectively. This work is with leadership teams, Board and/or committees

Current doctoral work at the University of Oxford is on ethical decision-making in a crisis. This work builds on Masters research at HEC Paris looking at the challenges of leadership amidst change and complexity.

Investigations range from The Australian cricket team's 'ball tampering scandal' and the falsification of preliminary breath tests to reviewing how organisations can strengthen their approach to being ethical. 

Culture may  eat strategy for lunch but if you lack a culture of integrity then your culture is likely to falsify. Based on work at the Blavatnik School of Government in 2017 this approach to developing a culture of integrity offers a new 'outside-in' way of promoting sustainable cultures based on integrity

Currently Collins leadership is providing regular guest lectures on leadership in Australia, at Oxford, and in business schools in Paris, Frankfurt and Warsaw
